I woke up today feeling a bit nervous and excited, and I couldnt wait for the day to be over! Today is the day that I finished my degree. I drove into uni for the last time to do my last assessment for my last subject and I couldn't be more excited to be finally finished! I can now just sit back and go to work and enjoy the awesomness that is finishing my degree. I won't graduate till easter next year but thats just a minor detail. I have my new design job which is going swimmingly and I have holidays to save for and christmas is just around the corner!! Big things are happening and I'm just so excited!!
Last Saturday was the Bitter and Twisted Festival in Maitland Goal and it was AWESOME!! Its basically stall ofter stall of inetrantionall food, beer and wine and you can have as much or as little as you like. It was hot, there was amazing live music all day, there was face painting, it was packed out with so many people that you ran into someone you knew every 5 minutes, the food and beer were awesome and there was this one stall that had the most AMAZING cupcakes EVER!!! Seriusly check them out, http://www.fantasycupcakes.com.au/index/Welcome.html LEGEN - wait for it - DARY! Was truly an awesome day. We didnt even have to pay for train fair because the ticket machine was broken and Mitchell bought me a beautiful red parisolle to keep me from burning to a crisp. He's so sweet. By the end of the day we were so tired it was good to go home.
